PASSING AWAY OF DIRECTOR
The Company announces that Dr. Yeung Ming Biu (“ Dr. Yeung ”), the Chairman and an executive director of the Company, passed away on 5 February 2021.
The board of directors of the Company (the “ Board ”) would like to pay tribute to Dr. Yeung for his valuable contribution to the Company. He will be deeply missed by all of us.
The Board will appoint a new Chairman as soon as possible.
