CHANGE IN AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE UNDER THE COMPANY ORDINANCE

The Company announces that Mr. Yeung Him Kit, Dennis has been appointed as the authorised representative of the Company under the Company Ordinance of Hong Kong authorised to accept on the Company’s behalf service of any process or notice required to be served on the Company to replace Dr. Yeung Ming Biu with effect on 6 July 2021.
