LIST OF DIRECTORS AND THEIR ROLE AND FUNCTION

Executive directors

Mr. Yeung Him Kit, Dennis is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company responsible for the overall corporate strategy of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") as well as the day to day management of the business of the Group.

Madam Yeung Man Yee, Shirley is responsible for treasury functions of the Group. She is also a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company.

Mr. Lam Hing Lun, Alain, the company secretary of the Company, is responsible for accounting, financial control and secretarial matters of the Group. He is also a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company.

Independent non-executive directors

Mr. Choi Man Chau, Michael is a member and the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Company.

Mr. Sun Dai Hoe Harold is a member of the Nomination Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee of the Company.

Mr. Sin Nga Yan, Benedict is a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
