PASSING AWAY OF DIRECTOR

The Company announces that Dr. Sun Ping Hsu, Samson (“Dr. Sun”), an independent nonexecutive director of the Company, passed away on 28 November 2021.

The board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) would like to pay tribute to Dr. Sun for his valuable contribution to the Company. He will be deeply missed by all of us.

The Board will appoint a new independent non-executive director as soon as possible in compliance with Rule 3.10(1) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
