LIST OF DIRECTORS AND THEIR ROLE AND FUNCTION

Executive directors

Mr. Yeung Ming Biu is the Chairman of the Company responsible for the overall corporate strategy of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”).

Mr. Yeung Him Kit, Dennis is the Managing Director of the Company responsible for the day to day management of the business of the Group.

Madam Yeung Man Yee, Shirley is responsible for treasury functions of the Group.

Mr. Lam Hing Lun, Alain, the company secretary of the Company, is responsible for accounting, financial control and secretarial matters of the Group.

Mr. Choi Kwok Yum responsible for sales functions of the Group.

Independent non-executive directors

Dr. Sun Ping Hsu, Samson is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company.

Dr. Li Sau Hung, Eddy is a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company.

Mr. Choi Man Chau, Michael is a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
