IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 3 September 2025, as announced on 4 September 2025:

Highest price paid per share:	1,153.00
Lowest price paid per share:	1,128.00
Volume weighted average price paid per share:	1,145.48

IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 19,843,405 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 341,714,463 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

Since 4 September 2025, IG Group has purchased 6,741,168 shares at a cost of £73,732,700.62 (excluding fees and taxes).
