ADDITIONAL LISTING

A listing application has been made for 3,389,265 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The shares have been issued and allotted pursuant to the Long Term Incentive Plan 2008 Scheme (1,163,747 shares), the Long Term Incentive Plan 2009 (2,053,727 shares) and the IG Value Sharing Plan (171,791 shares).

The shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the shares is expected on 19 March 2014.

The listing of these shares does not change the DTR 5.6.1 total voting rights notification made by the Company on 3 March 2014, stating an issued share capital as at 28 February 2014 of 365,754,631 shares.
