NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
IG Group Holdings plc, a leading global fintech company, received notification on 20th October 2022 that the following transactions were carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").
