NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs")

IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading, gives notice of the following transaction carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "Ordinary Shares") by a PDMR details of which are set out in the Notification of Transactions by PDMRs attached to this announcement as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
