NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY/ PERSON CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading was notified on 1st November 2017 of the following transactions carried out on behalf of Directors and PDMRs (together PDMRs) in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares").

Details are set out below and in the attached notification as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.

Dividend Reinvestment

On 27th October 2017, the following Ordinary Shares in the Company were purchased for the benefit of PDMR's under the IG Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') held by the trustees of the SIP, as part of the Company's Dividend Re-Investment Plan ('DRIP'):
