NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs")

IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading, gives notice of the following transactions carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "Ordinary Shares") by PDMRs details of which are set out in the Notification of Transactions by PDMRs attached to this announcement as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.

1.         Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"): Exercise of par cost options and Sale of Shares

On 8 August 2017, the Company received exercise notices from PDMRs exercising, at nominal value, the options which have vested under the LTIP. On 9 August 2017 the Company also received notice of share sales from the PDMRs as set out in the table below:
