NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY/ PERSON CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading was notified on 17 October 2016 of the following transaction carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Alison Mainwaring, a closely associated person of Paul Mainwaring, a Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company (the "Transaction").
