Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility or connected persons

IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company") was notified on 23 September 2013 of transactions carried out by a director and persons connected to that director in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "Ordinary Shares"). This notice is being issued in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1) and DTR 3.1.5R.

On 18 September 2013, Christopher Hill transferred 34,500 Ordinary Shares to his spouse, Vanessa Hill, for nil consideration.  

Following the transaction, Christopher Hill and his connected persons were interested in 35,087 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
