Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility or connected persons

IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company") was notified on 28 August 2013 of transactions carried out by a director and persons connected to that director in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "Ordinary Shares"). This notice is being issued in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1) and DTR 3.1.5R.

As indicated in RNS No. 0993K on 25 July 2013, Tim Howkins has ceased to hold a beneficial interest in 1,780,509 shares held by his wife Caroline Howkins, following the finalisation of their divorce on 23 August 2013.

Subsequent to the event, Tim Howkins has an interest in 1,621,183 Ordinary Shares held in his own name.
