The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 20 May 2025, for IG Group Holdings plc £250,000,000 6.125 per cent. Senior Notes due October 2030 (the "Notes") issued pursuant to the base prospectus dated 12 May 2025 (the "Prospectus") relating to the £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of IG Group Holdings plc.
The Final Terms for the Notes contain the final terms of the Notes. The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of UK domestic law.
