Additional Block Listing Application

The Company announces that a further application has been made to AIM for a block admission in respect of 4,650 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company (the "Block Admission"). This Block Admission will be used to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to exercises of options under the Company's 2017- 2020 Long Term Incentive Plan.

An application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 17 August 2020.  The Company's issued share capital will not change as a result of the Block Admission.
