IG Design Group plc was today notified that Claire Binyon, who will be joining the Company as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 1 June 2022, purchased 13,605 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 73.499 pence per Ordinary Share on 27 April 2022.

Following the transaction Ms Binyon holds 13,605 Ordinary Shares in the Company, equating to a beneficial shareholding of 0.01 per cent.
