Share Purchase

IG Design Group plc was notified on 31 March 2022 by  Paul Bal, incoming Chief Financial Officer of the Company, that he purchased 83,300 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 59.9 pence per Ordinary Share on 30 March 2022. As announced on 30 March 2022, Paul Bal will be joining the Board on 1 May 2022.

Following the transaction Mr Bal holds 110,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, equating to a beneficial shareholding of 0.11 per cent..
