IG Design Group plc announces that on 29th January 2019 Paul Fineman, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 2,084,200 ordinary shares of 5 pence ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 554 pence per Ordinary Share. The sale was for financial planning purposes.

Following the transaction Mr Fineman's shareholding now totals 2,369,334 Ordinary Shares, which represents 3.0 per cent. of the total current issued share capital. Mr Fineman also has a non-beneficial interest in an additional 174,608 Ordinary Shares.
