Director Shareholdings

The Company announces that on 7th February 2014 Lance Burn exercised options over 22,400 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and subsequently sold all 22,400 Ordinary Shares for 73p per share.

Following the above exercise of options, Mr Burn has no beneficial or non-beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares and holds no options over new Ordinary Shares.
