Result of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of International Greetings PLC are pleased to announce that at today's AGM, all resolutions were duly passed.

As announced in the Full Years Results of the Company, Phil Dutton did not seek re-election at the AGM and therefore is stepping down from the Board with effect from today.

The Board would like to put on record their thanks to Phil for his contribution over the past 3 years and the support he has given to the Group.
