b) Members holding shares in dematerialized mode are requested to register/update their email addresses and phone number with the relevaot Depository Participants. REMOTE E-VOTING / E-VOTING In compliance with the provs ons of Section 108 of the Ad read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, S tarial Standards on General Meetings (SS-2) issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Regulation 44 of the SEBI LOOR, 2015, Members have been provided with the facility to cast their \/Oles on resolution set forth in the Notice of the EGM using an electronic voting system (Remote e-voting). The Company has engaged tt,e services of NSDL for providing facility for Remote e-voting, participation in the EGM tlV'ough VC/OAVM and voting at the EGM. Tuesday, 21st December, 2021 has been fixed as 'Cut-off Date' for determining Members entitled to faciHty of voting by remote e-voting and for e-voting at said EGM following Regulation 44 of the SEBI LODR, 2015. The voting rights of Members shall be In prop to the equity shares held by them in the paid-up equity share capital ri the Company as on Cut-off date. A person whose name is r in the Regster of Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Cut-off Date only shall be entitled to avaH the facility of rmote voting as well as e-voting at the EGM. Manner of Remote e-voting and voting at the EGM by the Members holding shares in tl1e dematerialized mode, physical mode and for members who have not registered their email addresses is provi in the Notice of EGM. Remote e-voting will commence on Saturday, 25th December, 2021 (9.00 AM) (1ST) and end on Monday, 27th December, 2021 (5.00 PM) (1ST). Members may cast their \/Oles eleclronicaly during this period.
