Resignation of Mr Kiyotaka Oshikawa (DIN: 03515516) f[r] om the office of Non Executive Non Independent Director of the Company and appointment of Mr Yuji Yamaguchi (DIN: 0009047766) as Non Executive Non Independent Director

Kindly be informed that Mr Kiyotaka Oshikawa (DIN: 03515516) of Krosaki Harima Corporation, Japan (KHC) has ceased to be a Director of the Company due to resignation effective to-day, 13th February, 2021. Furthermore, effective to-day, 13[t][h ] February, 2021, Mr Yuji Yamaguchi (DIN: 09047766) of KHC has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company. He will hold office till conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company or last date on which the same should have been held, whichever shall be earlier, following provisions of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013. He is presently Assistant Manager in Overseas Business Division of KHC. He is not related to any of the Directors of the Company.
