• Re: Clarifications in -connection with Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding appointment of Mr James Leacock McIntosh as Managing Director of the Company with effect from Wednesday, pt September, 2021

Reference our Disclosure dated 14th August, 2021 on the above, we hereby confirm the following.

• a) The Company including its Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors ensured that the appointee, Mr James Leacock McIntosh is not debarred from holding the office of the Managing Director pursuant to any SEBI Order, in compliance of SEBI letter dated 14th June, 2018 read with NSE and BSE Circulars dated 20th June, 2018.

• Appointee, Mr McIntosh is not related, either directly or indirectly, with any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

• b)
