Notice is hereby given that following recommendation ofNomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company in their meeting held to-day, 13 [1] " November, 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting also held to-day have approved following changes, including appointment, in Key Management Personnel within the meaning of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, with immediate effect i.e. from to-day, 13 [1] " November, 2021.

• a) Whole-time Director, Mr Kamal Sarda (DIN: 03151258) will cease to hold the post of 'Chief Financial Officer'.

• b) Mr Amit Agarwal, hitherto designated as General Manager (Finance & Accounts), is appointed as 'Chief Financial Officer' and hence, that will be his designation.
