Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Board at its Meeting held on September 16, 2021 inter-alia approved the following changes in Key Managerial Personnel of the Company:

• 1) Shri Prasoon, Chief General Manager has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer vice Ms. 3hummi Mantri, General Manager w.e.f. September 16, 2021.
• 2) Ms. Priyanka Sharma, Deputy General Manager & Compliance Officer has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. September 16, 2021;

Profile — Shri Prasoon — Chief Financial Officer

Shri Prasoon, Chief General Manager, IFCI Ltd is an Electrical Engineer and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Energy) from MDI Gurgaon, Haryana. He is also Chartered Associate of Indian Institute of Banker (CAIIB) and Fellow Member of The Institute of Engineers (India).

He has been associated with the Company since 2008. He has experience in Integrated Treasury & Investment, Corporate Accounts & Taxation and Resources vertical. He also has experience in handling IT, Corporate Planning & Advisory Services, Credit 8i Recovery department.

He is involved in implementing new schemes in various ministries of Government of India, viz. Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Ministry of Commerce & Industry and Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution.

Ms. Priyanka Sharma, DGM, IFCI Ltd., is a qualified Company Secretary and holds Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Law.

Ms. Priyanka sharma has an experience of more than a decade in IFCI, in the field of Company Secretary, Compliances and Corporate Governance. She has also worked in the Credit Functions of the Company.
