First notification received from the shareholder PATRO INVEST OÜ (registration number in the Estonian Commercial Register: 14381342) concerning a reduction of its shareholding in the total number of voting rights in Investment Friends Capital SE. Second notification concerning an indirect reduction of its shareholding in the total number of voting rights in Investment Friends Capital SE.
