ifa systems AG: ifa systems AG has to postpone Reporting for Fiscal Year 2016

ifa systems AG announces that its annual report 2016 cannot be transmitted until the 30 th of June 2017, as required by § 21 Sec. 1a of the General Terms and Conditions of Deutsche Börse AG (DBAG) for the Regulated Unofficial Market on Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The reasons for the delay are current discussions with the majority shareholder regarding the design of their current and a future co-operation. The outcome of such discussions may have implications on the financial figures for the fiscal year 2016 and the following years. Once such discussions are finalized it will be evident whether there are deviations from the management board’s guidance for 2016 and another assessment of the following years.

The annual report will be available by the end of August 2017; the shareholder’s annual meeting is scheduled for mid to end of October 2017.
