Change to the Management Board of ifa systems AG

After two years on the Management Board of ifa systems AG, Kaoru Nihei will take on a different responsibility in the Topcon Group on a rotational basis. Mr. Nobuo Takase has been appointed as new member of the Management Board and will succeed Mr. Nihei with effect from April 1, 2018. The Supervisory Board thanks Mr. Nihei for his valuable work on the company’s Management Board, the shares of which are majority-owned by the European subsidiary of Topcon Corp.
