VietNam Holding Limited ("VNH" or the "Company")

Cancellation of Treasury Shares

At the 2017 Annual General Meeting of VNH held on 21 September 2017, changes to the Company's share repurchase programme were adopted with the effect that ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") repurchased by the Company will now be cancelled immediately upon repurchase.

In addition,  it was confirmed that all Ordinary Shares currently being held in treasury (the "Treasury Shares") would be cancelled.

Accordingly, the Company announces that it has today cancelled 9,705,593 Ordinary Shares, which it held as Treasury Shares.

Following the above cancellation, VNH has 72,581,346 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue and no shares held as Treasury Shares.
