Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 18 August 2017, it purchased 87,645 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$2.429 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 72,599,998 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 9,742,941 Treasury Shares.
