Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 11 August 2017, it purchased 107,551 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$2.427 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 72,580,092 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 9,762,847 Treasury Shares.
