Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 4 August 2017, it purchased 249,836 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$2.42 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 72,687,643 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 9,655,296 Treasury Shares.
