Acquisition of Treasury Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 21 July 2017, it purchased 73,394 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$2.37 per share.

Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 73,165,572 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 9,563,867 Treasury Shares.
