Dynam Capital  - Migration Update

VietNam Holding Limited ("VNH" or the "Company") (AIM: VNH) is pleased to announce that the Guernsey Financial Services Commission's consent to the redomicile of the Company's Investment Manager, Dynam Capital Management Limited (to be renamed Dynam Capital, Ltd. upon completion of the redomiciliation) ("Dynam"), has now been received and therefore Dynam's migration from the Cayman Islands to Guernsey can proceed.  The migration completed on Tuesday 13 November 2018 and from that time onwards, Dynam is regulated as an investment manager by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

Following the completion of Dynam's migration to Guernsey, the Company will be able to complete its own migration process, outlined in the Company's announcement and circular to shareholders on 8 October 2018.

The Board expects to provide a further update on this before the end of December 2018.
