Holdings in Company and Director Declaration

VNH announces pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies that it has received notification from Discover Investment Company ("DIC") that it holds 3,600,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each in the Company, representing 5.0% of the Company's issued share capital. Hiroshi Funaki, Non-executive Director of the Company, is also a director of DIC, which is considered one of his persons closely associated for the purposes of the Market Abuse Regulations (EU No. 596/2014).
