IEMR ANNOUNCES CORPORATE UPDATE

(Vancouver, April 21, 2021) – IEMR Resources Inc. (TSXV: IRI) (" IEMR " or the " Company ") is pleased to provide a corporate update.

As previously disclosed by news release of February 3, 2020, the Company was advised by the TSX Venture Exchange (the " Exchange ") that it was deficient in the requirements for Independence and an Audit Committee in accordance to Exchange Policy 3.1. To comply with these requirements, the Company has appointed Jielu Yu as the second independent director on the board effective February 1, 2021 and Ms. Yu has also become a member of the audit committee.

Ms. Yu has a bachelor's degree in nutrition science. She is currently working as a manager at Yukunlun Property Management Company and has been working at Shanghai ZhongJing Financial Consultant Limited.
