根据公司经营发展需要，公司拟对注册地址进行变更，并对《公司章程》相应条款修订如下：

原第五条“公司住所：山东省济南市浪潮路1036 号邮政编码：250101” 修改为“公司住所：济南高新区草山岭南路801 号9层东侧邮政编码：250101”。除上述修改内容外，《公司章程》其他内容保持不变，本次变更尚需提交公司2023 年第一次临时股东大会审议，最终以市场监管部门核准登记为准。
