Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management software and solutions to the public and asset intensive sectors, is pleased to confirm the key dates relating to the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM), and final dividend of 0.3p per share (2019: £NIL) proposed as part of the announcement of its financial results for the year ended 31 October 2020 yesterday.
The Notice of Meeting will be issued in the coming weeks, with the AGM scheduled for18 March 2021.
