IDOX announces that on 3 February 2014, the Company was informed that Rt. Hon. Peter Lilley MP, Non-Executive Director of Idox, transferred 66,150 Idox ordinary shares from a personal holding into his SIPP at nil consideration (the "Transfer").

Following the transfer, Peter Lilley's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed.
