Appointment of Senior Independent Director

Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management software and geospatial data solutions to the public and asset intensive sectors, is pleased to confirm the appointment of Alice Cummings as Senior Independent Director with effect from 7 February 2025.

Alice Cummings was appointed as a non-executive director on 13 April 2020 and chairs the Audit Committee, as well as serving on the Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee.
