Directorate Changes

ldox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management software and solutions to the public and asset-intensive sectors, advises that Jeremy Millard, Non-Executive Director, is today stepping down from the Company's Board, as announced in our half year results on 15 June 2020.

The Board continues to consider the need for additional skills and experiences on an ongoing basis and considers all three of its Non-Executive directors to be independent in accordance with QCA guidance.

Commenting on Jeremy's retirement from the Board, Chris Stone, Non-Executive Chairman of Idox, said:

"Jeremy was appointed to the board  in 2013 and has decided this is a fitting time to step down from his Directorship. He has played a key role in recruiting and supporting our new management over the past two years. I would like to thank him for all his efforts throughout his time at Idox.

"It has been a privilege to sit on the Board of Idox and in particular to work with talented and motivated Idox colleagues across all levels of the business. I have been impressed with the strength in depth of the team that David and Rob have built over the last two years and it is now the time for me to step down after seven years, confident that Idox is extremely well positioned for the future".
