Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Kelly as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 March 2019.

Phil brings a thirty year track record of leading successful companies within the technology sector, having worked with both quoted and private equity backed businesses. He is currently a non executive director of Castleton plc. Phil will take on the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
