Directorate Change

Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, announces a change to its Board of Directors (the "Board").

Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), Jane Mackie's resignation was accepted by the Board on 29 August 2018.  Consequently she steps down from her position as CFO and from the Board with immediate effect.   

As a result, the Board has begun a process to appoint a successor to Ms Mackie who will remain with the Group until February 2019, to enable time for a suitable candidate to be appointed and support an orderly transition.

Laurence Vaughan, Non-Executive Chairman of Idox, commented:
