Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the members of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on May 07, 2021 has inter-alia considered and approved grant of 3,65,000 stock options to eligible employees under IDFC FIRST Bank Employee Stock Option Scheme, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014, as amended.
These options will vest equally over a period of five years (viz. 20% each year) and the exercise period of these options will be 3 years from date of respective vesting.
