Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (“NRC”) of IDFC FIRST Bank Limited (“the Bank”) has, on the “Grant Date” of March 08, 2021, made a grant of 10,00,000 stock options to eligible employee(s) under IDFC FIRST Bank Employee Stock Option Scheme (“Scheme”), in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.

These options will vest equally over a period of five years (viz. 20% each year) and the exercise period of these options will be 3 years from date of respective vesting.
