IDEX Biometrics: Approved prospectus 28 June 2023

Reference is made to the notice on 24 May 2023 regarding completion a private

placement of 147.1 million shares at NOK 0.85 per share in IDEX Biometrics ASA,

and subsequent notices relating to the private placement.

Listing of 63,860,016 of the new shares was subject to an approved listing

prospectus. The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Norwegian:

Finanstilsynet) has approved a listing prospectus dated 28 June 2023 for the

listing of 63,860,016 new shares on Euronext Oslo Børs. The shares will be

listed on Euronext Oslo Børs on 29 June 2023.
