Mandatory notice of trade in IDEX

IDEX ASA issues this notice on behalf of Stan Swearingen, Chief Products

Officer, who is a primary insider in the company.

The board of directors of IDEX has granted 1,400,000 incentive subscription

rights (SRs) at an exercise price of NOK 6.59 per share to Mr. Swearingen. 25

per cent of the SRs vest at each anniversary of the grant. The SRs expire on

11 May 2021. Following the grant, Mr. Swearingen holds or controls 0 (nil)

shares and 1,900,000 SRs in IDEX.
