Disclosure of large shareholding in IDEX

Following share purchases in the market, Woodford Investment Management Ltd

("Woodford"), acting as agent for and on behalf of funds under its management,

has crossed the threshold of 25 per cent holding in IDEX ASA. As of 27 February,

Woodford has a total holding of 136,026,653 shares representing 25.48 per cent

of the issued share capital and votes in IDEX ASA.
