IDEX - Disclosure of holding

IDEX ASA issues this notice on behalf of World Wide Touch Technology (Holdings)

Limited ("WWTT").

Reference is made to the announcement by IDEX on 29 April 2015 that the share

capital in IDEX will increase to 469,120,224 shares by way of a private

placement to an institutional shareholder.

Giant Leap International Limited and Smart Riches Limited, which both are 100%

owned by WWTT, owns in aggregate 21,673,299 shares in IDEX, corresponding to

4.6% of all outstanding shares.
